1. Returns
No Return Policy: Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, Jewelhart does not accept returns once an order has been placed and delivered.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product you receive is damaged or defective, we are happy to assist. Please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
We will require proof of damage or defect, such as photos of the product.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued in the case of damaged or defective products, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-refundable Situations:
Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items not in their original condition or packaging.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order cannot be canceled as it will have entered the production or shipping process.
